HR Administration Job Description & Career Opportunities

An HR administration candidate will be communicating with all workers of the company. He knows all of the people whom he sees everyday at work because all of them pass through the screening process of HR. He creates memos for all the workers to be knowledgeable of new policies and any important announcement. He gives work exams to potential workers and determines the results as a basis for acceptance. He gives the pay of the workers when it is due. He informs everybody of the benefits of a job well done. He serves as a bridge for the workers to express their grievances to the management.
Responsibilities

Any HR administration candidate is a university degree holder in business or a related field. He must possess the patience to talk to each potential worker through the interview. He must note down the positive and negative aspects of the interviewee. He gives briefings to workers as needed. He sees to it that the workers are taught well on how to deal with clients. He creates job descriptions needed for getting new people. He evaluates the performance of each worker during the regular intervals. He makes sure that the workers are taken care of at work.

In getting potential people for different positions, the HR administration candidate reviews the information presented on the work application. He analyzes whether a particular potential hire can undergo the next step in the recruitment process. He communicates with the potential hire for an interview and exam. He also gives the work offer along with the benefits when he talks to the potential person for the position. He wants to see whether an interviewee is capable or performing the required job duties. He does background checks on the potential hire through the references given on the application. He sees to it that there is a good match between the potential hire and the vacant position.
Resource Person

The HR administration candidate keeps all of the workers’ documents for future use. Since he is knowledgeable of all the workers’ information about themselves, he is entitled to keep them confidential within the confines of HR. Any document that concerns the internal affairs of the worker is kept between him and the HR department. He knows where to find good talent since there is a large pool present during public job fairs. He must be organized in filing documents that concern the company. He is among the trusted personnel in the company in terms of information dissemination. He is known in the company as the workers need him all the time.
Relationship with Personnel

He has skill in organizing work events such as parties and team building. He is also advises workers concerned when there are growth opportunities available for them in the company. He loves to make the personnel feel good and encourage them to stay for the long haul. He is responsible for rewarding people for a job well done. With the work of HR administration, he forms a strong business partnership with other companies especially for the workers’ benefits.
