Through this professional association, they can socialize with each other and get to know updates about improved ways of handling waste. Their simple responsibilities produce a major impact in the areas that they serve. Without them, the waste of an area can multiply indefinitely until the smell becomes intolerable to the people. His driving record must be good and he must show good actual defensive driving especially for a huge truck that he handles.
