A candidate with a university degree in Engineering or Applied Science is a potential catch to be a technical manager. He must be experienced for at least seven years in technology. Besides this qualification, he must also be exposed to the managerial level of work for three to four years. He is adept with project management. The best technological practices are in his knowledge. He can control the outcomes of his workflow and is commended for making good decisions. When it comes to his personal and professional development, he is open to growth and development. Outstanding communication skills with the oral and written word are necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is also advantageous for him. He is also experienced in quality management systems.
Functions

As a technical manager, he sees to it that upgrades are done on the network for business goals to be achieved. The equipment that the company purchases will be in his hands to negotiate. Financial responsibilities that are entrusted to him must be taken care of. When upgrades will be done on the network, he sees to it that they are carried to completion. Technical Skills
